Expert training for educators supporting dual language learners in Pre-K through elementary. Founded by a Title I classroom teacher with 14+ years of experience.
I’m Emily Maring, M.Ed., founder of the Early Professionals Institute & Collective. EPIC was created to support educators working with multilingual learners through practical, classroom-tested professional learning.
With more than 14 years of experience in Title I elementary schools, I’ve served as an ESL specialist and a lead multicultural/bilingual educator. My work includes curriculum development, job-embedded instructional support, and coordinating ACCESS testing at the school level.
Every EPIC course and training is grounded in what actually works with real students, real classrooms, and real constraints. As this work continues to grow, I’m bringing the perspective of a practicing classroom teacher into broader professional conversations—because the most effective professional learning starts in the classroom.
